Donald Martin Kolloway Jr.

Donald Martin Kolloway, Jr. passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the age of 55. He was born on June 1, 1956 in Evergreen Park, Illinois; and raised in Blue Island, Illinois. Don made the Houston area his home and lived here for the past 27 years.

Don was known for his big heart; he loved to be surrounded by his family and friends; whether playing cards, at the races, or in the backyard barbequing.

Don is preceded in death by his parents Donald Martin Kolloway, Sr. and Frances. Don is survived by his son, Bobby Kolloway and wife Kristy; step-daughter Dana Eggerman; four sisters, Karen Parker, Kimberly Fischer-Thomas and husband Tommy, Kriss Kolloway, Kathy Parker; four nephews, Shaun Parker, Jared Fischer, Sam Parker, Brian Thomas; two nieces, Kari Parker, Tara (Thomas) Miller and husband Gerald; six great nieces and nephews; numerous other loving relatives, and friends who will miss him deeply.

Services for Don will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011 at the chapel of Pat H. Foley Funeral Home, officiated by Barbara Bergeron; the family will receive friends for visitation prior to the service from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Afterglow
