Dorothy Faye Porter (Rea), 84, of Houston, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015. She was born March 4, 1931 to Gus Rea and Alma Blount.
Dorothy had a career teaching 1st Grade for Barrick Elementary School in H.I.S.D. She had a passion for the beach, teaching and playing bridge.
She was survived by her children Royal Porter, Pam Porter and Robert Porter, grandchildren Shane Porter, Tiffany Pacheco, Nicholas Porter, Krystin Porter, Rebecca Porter and Melissa Snell and great grandchildren Oscar Pacheco, Lidia Pacheco, Kennedy Porter, Cassidy Porter and Jaxon Garrison.
