Dorothy, I will miss you so very much.  I know we all have not been the closest cousins as we got older, but our hearts have never changed. I was so surprised to hear of Dorothy's passing. Dorothy was a friend from St. Andrews of both my husband and me. She was always so much fun to be around. Dorothy was one of those who was wise and really down to earth.I appreciated her sharing this wisdom, especially  after my husband passed away. Dorothy was a beautiful soul,  inside and out and I am thankful for knowing her. She will be missed by me and from what I have read, by many, especially her family. I will say a prayer that those precious memories will help you in your grief.

Julie, Dayna, Tony, Deanna, and Diana my condolences to you all from me Zachary and Christopher. My prayers are with you and family. Aunt Dottie rest in peace. You will always be in my heart. My Aunt Dotti was my closest and favorite aunt. I was her "PUD". I sincerely apologize that the boys and I could not make it today please forgive me. From the moment I met Dorothy, she was a ray of complete sunshine each and every time we talked or spent time together. One of the most accepting, giving, and grace filled people I have had the good fortune to enter my life. I will always be grateful for her smile, genuine heartfelt kindness, and infectious laughter. I can only imagine how many others feel the same way as she just had that affect on anyone who crossed her path.

My heart breaks over the thought of the anguish you each are enduring that has come at this time in your life. It is your wonderful, beautiful mother that has left you for now; the wonderful, beautiful mother that has been there for you.  My prayers are with each one of you for the strength and faith to guide you through this loss. Her spirit forever shines.
