Born on July 29th, 1991. She is survived by her mother Cynthia Ann Amador, sister Vanessa Maire Barbera and her husband Eric, nephew Nicholas & nieces Giada and Scarlett, uncles Sisto, David & Ruben Amador and aunts Renee and Martha. Elizabeth was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend who had a smile and laugh that would light up a room the moment she walked in. She was most happy when she was with her friends and family, but no one could brighten up her day like her nephew and nieces. She would do anything for them, even to the point of getting on the floor and playing with them like no one would. Her favorite pastimes were good food, sleeping, going to the beach, fishing, hunting, reading, and watching her team the “Dallas Cowboys” and spending time with her fur babies Mollie and Paco. Elizabeth enjoyed working and was always looking for an opportunity to learn and strengthen her abilities. Elizabeth’s kindness and loving ways are legendary among family and friends and knew that if they needed a friend, they could reach out to her. She was also known to be a very spirited person and would let you know if she did not agree with you.
As I write this, I believe the one message Elizabeth would like us all to know is what is said in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” She truly loved life.
