Esteban is survived by his wife, to whom he was married to for 64 years, Theresa O. Perez; his son Esteban Perez Jr.; his daughter Elda Miskowicz (Mike); his son Hector Perez; his son Abel Perez (Hope); and his son Guadalupe Perez; his brother Aurelio Perez, his brother Tayde Perez (Isabel) and his brother Enrique Turrubiates (Graciela); his grandchild Cassandra, his grandchild Adriana, his grandchild Blaze, his grandchild Jordan, his grandchild Morgan, his grandchild Nicolle, his grandchild Hannah, his grandchild Roman, his great grandchild Gabriella, his great grandchild Mireia, his great grandchild Elliana and his great grandchild Lilly.

Esteban was preceded in death by his daughter Hilda Endrizzi; his brother Alberto Perez; his sister Carlota Perez and his brother Cleto Perez.
