Felipe Soto born on May 26, 1936 in Mexico, passed away on July 15, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his 4 children, Fernando Soto, Griselda Soto Montemayor, Rosa Angelina Quinones, Eva Contreras. He is also survived by numerous grand children, great grand children and a great great granddaughter who he cherished deeply.
