Frances Taylor Weber

Frances was a faithful employee of The Settegast-Kopf Co. Funeral Home for over 35 years, and Corrigan’s Jewelers for over 25 years. She was actively involved at West University Baptist Church for over 60 years, was an avid Bridge player, and enjoyed the company of her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by John George Weber, Sr., and her son, John George Weber, Jr. Her survivors include her children, William H. “Bill” Weber of Houston, Nancy F. Tapp and her husband Dennis of Ashland, Virginia, and Susan Russo and her husband Raymond of Houston; she was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six until nine o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, the 22nd of May, in the Library and Grand Foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.

The graveside service is to be conducted at eleven o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, the 23rd of May, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street in Houston, where Dr. Roger Patterson, Senior Pastor of West University Baptist Church, is to officiate.

Honored to serve as casket bearers during Wednesday’s service are, Kevin Laurence Russo, Ryan Taylor Russo, Anthony Joseph Russo, Jack John Russo, Robert Russo, and Michael Wesley Straughan.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are Robert Wayland Tapp, Randall Wayne Tapp, and David Wayne Schroeder.
