FRANK V. RUIZ, 63 passed away on January 3rd, 2010. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Janie Ruiz; daughter Veronica and husband Richard Delgado; son Frank (Rook) Jr. and wife Elsa Ruiz; grandchildren: Alexa Delgado, Richie Delgado, Alysia Delgado, Raymond Delgado and Alina Ruiz; sisters: Natividad Reyes, Margarita Flores; brothers: Aniseto Ruiz and Tommy Ramirez. Frank was a Vietnam veteran who received a purple heart during his tour of duty. He was an active member of the VFW where he was the Commander of Post 9187. A Rosary will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, Friday the 15th of January at 10:30am, with a Memorial Service immediately following. Interment will follow to Houston National Cemetery with a gate time of 1:00pm.
