He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Guadalupe Ramirez, his brother Joe " Jose" Ramirez Jr. and sister Elaine R. Farias.
George is survived by his brothers, Steven, Paul, John, Dario and wife Josie, Charles and wife Rosa; sisters, Virginia Castillo and husband Paul, Victoria Zapata, Gloria Mendez, Elizabeth Appel, Esther Brown and brother in law, Jesus; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation begins at 3:00pm with a rosary at 7:00p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2405 Navigation. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
