Georgia Mae Hosek

Georgia Mae Hosek, 81, of Spring, TX passed away November 5, 2021. She was born in Caldwell, TX on December 17, 1939. She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Hosek, her parents Hilda & Carl Posinski, father Leonard Mikeska, sister Helen Irwin, & step son Jimmie Hosek.

Georgie is survived by her children, Franklin Hardin (Francis), Cindy Hammack (Thomas), David Hardin (Cheryl), Cathy Smith (Gray), and Tammy Seamans. Step children Deborah Lalor, Anita Hill, Tina Steiner and Michael Hosek. Grandchildren Jason Goodwin, Krysta Coughran, Ashley Prade, Brandon Seamans, Bryan Hardin, Brad Hardin, Samantha Haywood, Chuck Smith, Christopher Smith, Amber Mueller, Wendy Yancey, Paul Butterfras and Cheryl Lankford and 19 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Lorraine Mikeska and brother Leonard Mikeska Jr and many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.

A visitation for Georgia will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral liturgy will occur Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
