He was born on August 5, 1935 to Ernest Fowler and Mabel Caroline Bennett in Syracuse, New York.
He has one surviving brother and several nieces and nephews. His passing came 9 days before his 80th birthday.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kathy Fowler and two sons Louis M Fowler and Billy Fowler. Also his beloved Jack Russell, Rufus.
Mr. Fowler served his country in the USMC from 1955 to 1962.
Viewing of Mr. Fowler will be at American Heritage Funeral Home followed by burial at Houston National Cemetery.
