Gregory Simpson

Greg was a devoted husband, father and friend. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Conroe High School and shortly after obtaining his GED, met and wed his wife Jacqueline. He has worked as a service technician in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years, and leaves behind many valued coworkers with the J.M. Smuckers company. He was elected to a position with the Chateau Woods MUD board, where he has served for over 20 years. His interests included family, fishing and various building projects.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 40 years, Jacqueline Simpson; children, Kriston Allen Simpson and wife Ruby, Kelley Elizabeth Walker and husband Willis, Katherine Marie Simpson and husband Vaurese; grandchildren, Hannah Willcockson, Autumn Simpson, Cadence Simpson, Kylie Simpson, Jeslyn Henderson; great grandchild, Marissa Francis; sister, Elizabeth Kraft; nephews, Chad and Carson Kraft.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, May 22, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home Family Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
