Guadalupe del Carmen Giron Viera falleció el 18 de febrero de 2026, a los 49 años de edad. Nacida el 19 de noviembre de 1976, Guadalupe fue una mujer muy querida por quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Residía en Houston, Texas, y era originalmente de La Unión, El Salvador.
A lo largo de su vida, Guadalupe disfrutó de las cosas sencillas que llenan el corazón: le gustaba jugar lotería, ver novelas y, sobre todo, pasar tiempo con su familia. También le encantaba cantar, y encontraba un gusto especial en su café con hielo de McDonald’s, un detalle cotidiano que para ella tenía su propio encanto.
La extrañarán profundamente su pareja, Arturo Reyes, así como su madre, Reina Isabel Girón, y su padre, Pedro Salomón Viera. Deja a sus queridos hijos: José Girón, Milagros Girón, Óscar Girón y Maudalena Girón, y a sus nietas: Ariana López y Selena López. También le sobreviven sus hermanos: Óscar Girón, Juan Girón y Sergio Sánchez.
Le precedieron en fallecimiento su abuela Guadalupe Giron, su abuela Carmen Viera, su primo Jose Alexander Giron, su abuelo Victor Manuel Saravia y su tía Fidelia Giron.
La velación se llevará a cabo en Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, ubicada en 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087, el 27 de febrero de 2026, de 5:00 p. m. a 11:59 p. m. El servicio fúnebre se celebrará en Funeraria Del Angel Crespo (4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087) el 28 de febrero de 2026, de 11:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m. El sepelio (Committal Service) tendrá lugar en San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015, el 28 de febrero de 2026, de 1:00 p. m. a 1:30 p. m.
Guadalupe del Carmen Girón Viera, formerly of La Union, El Salvador, passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 49. Guadalupe was a beloved mother, daughter, and sister, cherished by her family and friends for her warmth and kind spirit.
Residing in Houston, Texas, Guadalupe’s life was filled with joy and love for those around her. She found immense pleasure in playing loteria, watching novelas, spending time with her family, and singing. Her love for iced coffee from McDonald's always brought a smile to her face.
She will be deeply missed by her partner Arturo Reyes as well as her mother, Reina Isabel Giron and father Pedro Salomon Viera. She leaves behind her dear children, Jose Giron Milagros, Giron Oscar Giron y Maudalena Giron and her granddaughters Ariana Lopez and Selena Lopez. She is survived by her brothers Oscar Giron Juan Giron and Sergio Sanchez.
Guadalupe was predeceased by her grandmothers, Guadalupe Giron and Carmen Viera, her grandfather, Victor Manuel Saravia, her cousin, Jose Alexander Giron, and her aunt, Fidelia Giron.
A visitation will be held on February 27, 2026, at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at the same location on February 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a committal service at San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
Guadalupe's memory will forever be treasured by all who knew her.
