Harold Ray Bobo Sr.

Harold Ray Bobo, Sr., 84, went to be with His Lord and Savior on December 11, 2016. Harold was born on April 20, 1932 in Sand Mountain, Alabama. Harold was a breath of fresh air to William Henry Bobo and Paralee Mikel. Harold worked as a lab technician with a paint and varnish company for many years.

Harold Bobo leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters; Ruby Johnson, Linda Seber, Brenda Cook, daughters; Roberta Diane Russell, Carol Sherrard and special friend Roy Floyd, step-daughter Carolyn Griswold and husband Stephen, step-son, Allen Moss and wife Robin, grandchildren; Teressa White, Kristie Marshall, Lisa Cronin and husband Earl, Darlynn Schoppe, Wesley Bobo and wife Katie, Lesley Blake Bobo and wife Blanca, Preston Moss and fiancé Hayley Peels, Amanda Griswold Nelson and husband Justin, great-grandchildren; Clint and Lori Schoppe, Courtney August, Micheal Holladay, Alliah Smith, Mackenzie Marshall, and D’Yante and Amariah Gillard, Billy, Sarah and Rebekah Cronin, great-great grandchildren; Cole Cronin, Tyree Allen, Nazir Brown, Rhemi and Chloe Alridge, his second wife, Janelle Bobo, special friends and care givers; Larry and Deborah Watson, and a multitude of nieces, nephews and friends.

Harold is preceded by his parents, Paralee Mikle Bobo and William Henry Bobo, the mother of his children Roberta Bobo Hawkes, brother Billy Earl Bobo, sisters; Deanie Cox and Doris Jamerson, son Harold Ray Bobo, Jr., granddaughter Vickie Logan, great-grandsons; Colby Holder and Ethan Cronin.

The Bobo family will receive visitors on December 14, 2016 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Brookside Funeral Home. The funeral will take place on December 15, 2016 at Brookside Funeral Home at 2 pm followed by internment at Brookside Memorial Park.
