Helen M. Dannenbaum

Helen Miller Dannenbaum was called to be with the Lord on October 1, 2015 after a short illness. She was born October 18, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to Albert and Zelda Miller. Her family moved to Houston when she was young, she met and married her husband Joe Dannenbaum, Jr. Together they raised 7 children and remained active members of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children, Joe Dannenbaum III and wife Martha, Michael Dannenbaum and wife Kathy, Joan Dannenbaum, Jeff Dannenbaum and wife Laura, Edward Dannenbaum, Lisa Dannenbaum-Shaw and husband Chris and Sherri Dannenbaum Kurtz and husband Danny. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death her husband Joe Dannenbaum, Jr., her parents and one brother Albert Miller.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 6921 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. A funeral Mass will follow the visitation on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Helen lived a full and joyous life with her family and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Ghost Catholic Church, St. Jude's or any charity of your choice.
