Helen Jane Jenkins

Helen graduated from Reagan High School and received a diploma from Bank Administration at The University of Wisconsin. She was married to John Roy Jenkins on June 29, 1952 whom has preceded her in death.

Helen had a career in Banking for Long Point National Bank and Bank of Harris County. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star, American legion Auxiliary Unit 0052, NAIB, Daughter’s of the Nile and had a passion for Baseball, Football, Hummel Figurines, Slot Machines, and Bingo.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Goodrum; and Lesa Dube & husband Mark. Grandchildren, Sarah Altmyer & Dustin; Cory Condrey & Ashley; Randle Browning & Ted; Mark Dube Jr. & Kendall; John Lowe; Adam Dube; and Joshua Dube. Great-Grandchildren, Grayson Dube; Harlan Browning, Austin Goodrum, Everett Goodrum; Baby Licoln on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Perry, Walter Perry, JC Perry; and sister Maude Turner.

A visitation for Helen will be held Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pat H. Foley & Company, 1200 West 34th Street, Houston, TX 77018. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 4, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 1200 West 34th Street, Houston, TX 77018. A committal service will occur Monday, October 4, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
