Helmut Weber

Helmut Weber passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by family on March 19, 2022. He was 91 years old. Helmut was born in Freiburg, Germany on November 20, 1930. At a dance in 1953, he met Renate and 1957 they were joined into a loving marriage which spanned 65 years of unconditional love and devotion. Together they raised three daughters, Gabriele (Gigi) Hansen, Carolyn Weber and Patty Weber with unwavering love and support. Helmut had a love of sports and was an avid soccer player. He also loved the outdoors. Whether that was gardening in the backyard, swimming in the pool or spending time with his family at their lake house in Livingston. His greatest joy in life was his wife and the family they created. Together, along with their three girls, they have seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The love he had for his family is a legacy that will always live on. Helmut was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Johanna Weber, his brother Kurt Weber and his beautiful daughter Carolyn Weber. He is survived by his wife Renate Weber, daughters, Gabriele Hansen and Patty Weber, his grandchildren Gina, Brian, Michael, Jonathan, Stephanie, Tamra, and Emma and his great grandchildren, Falyn, Faith, Chandler, Ava, Brylee, Slade, Jett, Lincoln and AJ. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood Dr., Houston, TX 77081.
