Henry T. Lewis Jr.

Mr. Henry Thomas Lewis Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Houston Hospice Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Houston, Texas to HT Lewis and Lorenia Curvey Lewis on February 14, 1952. He accepted Christ at an early age.

Henry graduated from MC Williams Senior High school and went away to College in San Diego, California, where he majored in Communication. Henry also pursued acting.

He returned to Houston and pursued business for himself. Night club, Studio 34, Advantage II Physical Therapy and his passion venture, Subjective Home Care in Acres Home, for 28 years until his health began to decline 2025. Henry had a passion for Care Giving and helping disable Veteran’s. He was natural, and it gave him immense pleasure to honor his father, HT Lewis, who was a Marine. Henry worked tirelessly in ensuring his patients were well nourished, healthy, and safe, including but not limited to enjoying regular Church visits and vacations.

Henry is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pamela Lewis. Daughters, Pe’Trina Lewis Jefferson (Willie DeAndre) and Tamela Lewis (Nicoklous); bonus daughter, Quelindria Pace; grandchildren, DeAndre, Tyrell, Archonte Jefferson, Damiri Lewis (Mimi) and Thomas Cole (Lynna); great-grandchildren, Madison, Dreya, Malani, Bladon Jefferson and Jordyn Cole; his siblings, Worlene “Rendi” and Kennith Lewis (Marie); sister, Darazett Lewis “Dank”; nieces, Tori Mouton and Kandriss Smith; nephew, Kevin Lewis “Nidia”; Goddaughter, Tamera Walker; and a host of cousins.

Henry was preceded in death by; his parents, HT & Lorenia Curvey Lewis; nephews, Devin Lewis and Jordan Lewis.
