Jack Marston Turner Jr.

Jack Marston Turner, Jr passed away on Monday, the 7th of October 2024, from heart complications. Jack was a native Houstonian born to Jack M Turner, Sr. and Mary Jo Emmert Turner. He attended Will Rogers Elementary School, Lanier Middle School, Lamar High School and the University of Houston, earning a degree in Engineering.

Jack loved to travel and did travel extensively. He enjoyed sailing, dancing and going to the casinos. He especially enjoyed being with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert G. Turner.

He is survived by his nephew Greyson Turner and numerous cousins and close friends.

A memorial service to be conducted at eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 2nd of November in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston. Immediately following, all are invited to a reception in the adjacent grand foyer.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions in Jack’s memory may be directed to The American Heart Association, P O Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284; or to the charity of one’s choice.
