Jacqueline Adeline Mounes

(1923 - 2015)

Mrs. Jacqueline A. Mounes 9/29/23 - 9/6/15. Mrs. Jacqueline A. Mounes, 91, lovingly known by most as Adeline, went home to be with the Lord and join the love of her life, Emile, on Sunday, September 6, 2015. She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, but spent most of her life in New Orleans, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who lived out her faith in Jesus and leaves behind a legacy of that faith. All who came in contact with her, recognized just how special she was. She was dearly loved and will be truly missed.

Adeline is survived by son Louis S. Carrio and wife Eva of Rochester Hills, MI, daughters Joy C. Brady of Houston, TX and Beth M. Holley and husband Terry of Yardley, PA, grandchildren, Louis S. Carrio III and his wife, Kari, Jerry W. Wilson and his wife, Stacy, Kerri W. Keen and her husband, Brett, Samuel V. Holley, Emily J. Holley, and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Clark K. Harvey and wife, Marge of Lancaster, PA and Jack V. Harvey and wife, Joyce of LaPlace, LA.

A service honoring Adeline's life with be held on September 25, 2015 at the Brookside Funeral Home Cypress Creek in Houston, Texas followed by internment at the Veteran's Cemetery in Houston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community of Life Church, 18110 Lake Bend Dr., Houston, TX 77084.
