

Jamie Michael Perry, age 55, passed away on March 26, 2026. Born on May 5, 1970, Jamie was a humorous, loyal, wise, hard-working, and generous man whose presence left a lasting impression on those who knew him. Jamie resided in Houston, Texas.
Jamie was born in Port Arthur, Texas, and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Elsik High School. Summers were especially meaningful to Jamie—time spent riding bikes and visiting his grandparents in Groves, Texas gave him a sense of freedom and joy. He loved riding his bikes, playing baseball with friends, and helping his grandparents in their local restaurant.
Jamie spent more than 20 years in the car business, a career that reflected his steady work ethic and dedication.
Jamie is survived by his mother Florene Perry; son Holden McCoy; daughters Brooke and Kate Perry; bonus daughter Harlow Gonzalez; fiancé Amy LeBlanc; mother of his children Janette Gardner; Uncle Murphy Monceaux; and his Aunt and Godmother Anna Monceaux. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ranzay and Armida Monceaux.
Jamie loved making DJ mixes, watching old sitcoms, making people laugh, classic cars, baseball, and adored animals. He collected watches, tennis shoes, and records, and was known as a guru of pop culture and trivia. Jamie will be remembered with respect and gratitude for the laughter he brought, the loyalty he showed, and the generosity he extended to others.
