Janice Bashinski Drago

Janice “Nana” Drago, 72, of Conroe, Texas, BELOVED Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, was called to be with the Lord on April 13th. She was born to the late Wallace and Virginia Bashinski on November 24, 1952 in Houston, Texas. Janice was married to the late Fabio Drago for 10 years before his passing. They would have celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary this year.

Janice was a loved and giving person with the kindest of souls.

She loved making crafts, cooking, crocheting, going to the beach, but most of all, spending time with her family. She had a heart full of love and forgiveness. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Life will not be the same without her. God rest her soul.

She leaves behind a family that adored her. She is survived by her children, Daniel Brown, Brian Brown (wife Norma), Kevin Brown (wife Alicia), and Kimberly Blinka (husband Brandon); her grandchildren and great grandchildren who lovingly call her “Nana”, Jade Calhoun (husband Alex) and children Danaleigh and Rhett, Ryan Brown, Preston Brown, Lane Brown, Jonathan Brown, Nathaniel Brown, Julia Blinka, and Lauren Blinka; her sisters, Elaine Hoffart (husband Lester), Michelle Polasek (late husband Roy), and Lynette Martin (husband James). She also is survived by extended family and friends whose lives she’s touched.

Final arrangements will be under the direction of American Heritage Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. Date and time pending.
