

He was a faithful and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Carole; son, Randall; grandson, Adam; daughter, Stephanie Warner and husband, Danny; sister-in-law, Tobyann, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Darin; brother, Dave; and sister, Beverly, each of which he is now reunited with.
Jerry loved his family, friends, and church families through the years. He loved his Country and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.
He had a wonderful sense of humor along with a contagious laugh and also a special gift for signing. He also had a special gift of making others smile and feel special, as they genuinely were to him. He especially loved the Lord and His Word and he loved sharing the good news of God's greatest gift of love to the world.
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" -Romans 5:8
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." -John 3:16
A committal service will be held at Houston National Cemetery, located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038, on October 2, 2025, from 10:15 am to 10:45 am.
