Joe Wayne Havins

Joe Wayne Havins passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in League City, TX. He was born on October 27, 1930 in Haskell, TX. He joined the U. S. Army and served in Korea. Joe retired after 35 years with Gullett and Associates. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Susie Havins; sister, Kathleen Gardemal Bukacek; former wife, Jean Ann Havins Bell; wife, Jeane O. Havins; infant son, Joe Wayne Havins, Jr.; daughter, JoAnn Mora and infant grandson, Steven Popp. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Broussard Havins; daughters, Jeannie Lory and husband Jim; Julie Moreno and husband Bobby; Judy Hariell and husband Lance; sons, Jerry Havins and wife Angelica; Jimmy Havins and wife Rita; Joe Havins III, and wife Lola; step-sons John Broussard and wife, Kelly; Edward Broussard and wife, Sara; step-daughter Suzanne Broussard Bornemann, and husband Shane; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Tx 77039, 281-449-6511, with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of your choice.
