Today, we recall memories of our dear departed friend. Greeting you at church, meeting you as we both were driving out of our neighborhood.  We pray for you every day, Joe.

Joe was one of the kindest gentlest men who ever walked the face of this earth.  He always had time for all who came into the shop - time for jokes, time for listening to the problems of all who needed a friend, time to do favors for all in need.  He was a man of many talents - a plumber, a carpenter, a bird-house builder, etc. etc.  Heaven is a better place with you Joe but we down here are worse off without you.  Stay close to Kim who misses you greatly.  Just know you were loved.  Rest in peace dear friend.  Bobbi

Joe is an amazing grandfather and a kind soul. Some of my fondest childhood memories were with him, swimming at the neighborhood pool or a trip to the beauty parlor. He encouraged me to be creative and to do what made me happiest. He taught me how to paint a tree, taught me how to bake pie, and listened to my music recommendations. Every time I baked or painted anything new, I was always so excited to show him. We often bonded over our love for the arts, and those memories will forever be with me. He was not only my grandfather, but he was also my friend. He never failed to make me laugh. Joe was so strong, loving, and kind. He will forever be in our hearts. 

Condolence to you Mrs. Robledo  in this time of your loss of a very special person.  Mr. Robledo, as I called him for many  years, he would always tell me Marie ("you can call me Joe")  was a very loyal bookkeeping clients for a long time.  My heart is sadden by his death and I will miss his funny laugh, when I would ask him why was he not wearing glasses at his age.  May God bless you Mrs. Robledo.

Frances & I have known Joe for many years. Mostly from church but, sometimes finding him outside his home, while driving down his street. I believe Joe was a good man with a good heart. We will miss him. Kim, your faith will see you through these trying times. God bless you.

Joe was a beloved grandfather who has taught all his grandchildren a glimpse of art. Whether it be in the form of cooking, music, or painting, we would always enjoy our time together. I remember  painting birdhouses with all of the cousins while Joe taught us how to paint flowers in a way that would represent his uniqueness. Baking with Joe was most memorable for me, as it is now a favorite hobby of mine today. I remember he would always sneak in a few extra spoons of Cool Whip into his well-known whipped fruit pies (even though Kim said it was unhealthy) because he knew how much I liked the Cool Whip in his pies. Joe was a loving soul and will forever live through our memories that we all shared with him. 

Joe is a beloved grandfather and great-grandfather. When the grandkids were young, Joe could be found teaching them to play Texas Hold ‘Em or dancing along with them to the record player. He always brought delicious gingerbread men and cakes from the Three Brothers Bakery. At every party, Joe always made the most refreshing punch. He was a kind, gentle friend and loving soul to all. Joe will live on forever in our hearts, and I know he is looking after us fondly from Heaven.
