Joe was born on July 16, 1935, in Santa Anna, Texas. He spent his career in the grocery business, working for Safeway Stores Inc. Joe was married to Barbara Ellen Vinson for 71 wonderful years.
Joe had a deep passion for fishing, playing cards, and music. He cherished time spent with family and friends, sharing his love for these hobbies.
He is survived by his sons, Keith and Bryan, and grandchildren Kennie Albrecht, Ben and Danielle Vinson. He is also survived by his sister, Betty Renfro.
