John was preceded in death by; father Walter Rudley Briscoe and mother Emile Lemelle.
A visitation for John will be held Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Garden Oaks Funeral Home, 13430 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX 77083. A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 11:30 AM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038.
