John Keith Hoffpauir went to be with his Lord on June 22, 2017. He was born on August 31, 1944 in Indian Bayou, Louisiana to parents Bruce W. and Isma Hoffpauir. John was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Krista Dorsey. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Genia Hoffpauir; four children, Keith Hoffpauir and wife Deania, Jason Hoffpauir and wife Becky, Billy Dorsey, Kim Dorsey; three siblings, David Hoffpauir and wife Barbara, Mickey Hoffpauir and wife Barbara, Sandy Petry; nine grandchildren, Aaron Hoffpauir and wife Ashley, Alyssa Romero and husband Bradley, Nathan Kologinezak and wife Torrie, Jared Hoffpauir, Makayla Hoffpauir, Skylar Hoffpauir, Cyndi Butler, Timmy Nelson; four great grandchildren, Silas Romero, Kainen Romero, Trinity Romero, Zeppelin Kologinczak and Carlton and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; and a funeral service Monday, June 26, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
