

Con gran tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Jose Javier Alvarado, quien partió el 8 de enero de 2026 a la edad de 38 años. Residente de Houston, Texas, Jose será recordado como un hombre aventurero, de buen corazón, gentil, buscador de emociones, inteligente y con un gran sentido del humor.
Desde su infancia, Jose mostró una gran inteligencia académica y un amor por el juego al aire libre, donde pasaba horas construyendo caminos de tierra para sus coches de juguete. Disfrutaba de las peleas de juego con su hermano, demostrando desde joven su espíritu aventurero.
Jose deja atrás a su madre, Maria Adela Valle de Alvarado; su padre, Francisco Javier Alvarado; su hermano, Frank Alvarado; y sus hermanas, Jessica y Lourdes Alvarado. Fue un hijo, hermano y tío amoroso y cariñoso, siempre presente para sacarnos una sonrisa.

La misa fúnebre se celebrará en St Francis de Sales, en 8200 Roos Rd, Houston, TX, el 17 de enero de 2026, de 1:30 pm a 2:30 pm. El servicio de entierro se realizará en Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, en la misma dirección, el 17 de enero de 2026, de 3:30 pm a 4:30 pm.

Jose Javier Alvarado, a resident of Houston, Texas, passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 38. Born on October 4, 1987, Jose was known for his adventurous spirit, kind-hearted nature, and gentle demeanor. He was a thrill seeker, smart, and humorous, bringing joy and laughter to those around him.
In his early life, Jose loved playing outside, creating roads out of dirt for his Hot Wheels cars and spending hours in imaginative play. Academically smart, he enjoyed play fighting with his brother, showcasing his playful and energetic nature.
Jose is survived by his mother, Maria Adela Valle de Alvarado, his father, Francisco Javier Alvarado, his brother, Frank Alvarado, and his sisters, Jessica and Lourdes Alvarado. He was a loving and caring son, brother, and uncle who loved his family very much and was always there to make them smile.
Visitation will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, located at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 8200 Roos Rd, Houston, TX 77036, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The Committal Service will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Yeye, as he was affectionately known, is deeply loved and will truly be missed. His silliness that made everyone laugh and the tremendous amount of love he gave to his nieces and nephew will be especially missed.
