Uncle Rodger was a kind and generous man he always had time for me and my brother Felipe. I got to see him most days when I was growing up because my Mother Ester and us  lived next door to him in Grandpa’s Carlos house . Rodger always seem not to have a care in the world. I remember when Rodger came home from the Marines. He was proud to be a Marine.
Once a Marine always a Marine. Always had a smile and hello for everyone he meet. He was a good man he served his country , his God and his family. There are so many thing l could say about about uncle Rodger -I admired and respected him. May you rest in pease uncle Rodger with your family in heaven with God.

 What I remember about uncle Roger and he would come to visit was the way that he liked joke and pick on my mother his sister Margaret and his laugh he was always telling a joke but he would also not hesitate if he saw something wrong to correct it or to be supportive and tell you how to correct it uncle Roger you will be missed there a lot of beautiful memories over the years   And I know that you were in heaven already being happy and rejoicing and partying with your brothers and sisters and without Lily thank you for the memories God bless you you’ll always be in my heart 

I will always remember the great visits I had with him over the years when he came to San Antonio. He will be missed by all who knew him for he was a great person. He will always be in our hearts. May our Lord give you peace in your hearts.
