Jose graduated from Mapua College and went on to become a Mechanical Engineer. He was actively involved in Carpentry, Handyman jobs and was an Eclectic Artist. He enjoyed playing Mahjong and loves to go to Casinos.
He is preceded in death by his parents Sebastian G. and Salome M. Magbag and his wife Priscilla R. Magbag.
He is survived by his children: Anna Amir Abadi, Christina (Shawn) Harmon and Jose (Trinh) Magbag Jr. His grandchildren: Michelle, Jessica (Mohammad Reza) Rezakhodaverdyan, Amanda, Madison, Jordan, Sophia; His great grandchildren: Jayden, Aleah, Dean, Liam.
He is also survived by his Siblings: Victorina Magbag Paras, Salome Magbag Simeon, Cristanita Magbag Santos, Emmanuel Magbag and Leonardo Magbag.
The family would like to thank Isabel Molina for the care and compassion she showed Dad in his final days. We are blessed that Isabel was able to care for not only my dad 24/7 but as well as attending to Anna’s (daughter) household needs, but most of all, thank you for being a friend.
We would also like to thank the other Caregivers for the care and compassion they showed my dad during the early stages of his disease process: Daniella Noles, Edhil Barayoga, Ava Carmichael, Angelica Blake, Rosie Petican and Maria Docdoocil.
Family and Friends are invited to attend the service at ST. Laurent Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd, Sugar Land, Tx 77479 on March 20th, 2025 at 10am.
Visitation with the family will be at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Tx 77077 on March 19th, 2025 will begin at 4 pm and conclude at 8pm.
