She is preceded in death by her Father: Marcus Navarro; Mother: Guadalupe Navarro; Sister: Aurora Jimenez: Brothers: Thomas Navarro and Metche Navarro; Daughters: Jovita Alba and Linda K Serrano.

She is survived by her Daughter Lallie Smith and Son Albert Hicks. Grandchildren: Rodney Pacheco, Tony Alba and wife Noelia, Cynthia Almanza and husband Alfred, Vicki Pacheco, Deborah Sanchez and husband Rogelio, Mark Alba, Jennifer Salazar and husband Victor; great-grandchildren: Adolfo Martinez, Rogelio Sanchez Jr, Clarissa Sanchez, Justin Gonzales, Melanie Pacheco, Joshua Pacheco, Miranda Gonzales, Airiana Duran, Daniel Duran, Marla Alba, Sophia Alba, Sergio Sanchez, Belicia Sanchez and many family & friends.

Jovita lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed every minute of life. She will be missed by all as she touched and helped many lives. Love you always and we will see you again.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with a Funeral Service starting at 7:00 pm in the Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024.
