Kathleen C Hill

Kathleen Collerain Hill, 77, passed away at home in her sleep on 9/15/25. Kathy was born in Houston 5/22/48 to Margaret and Wyndell Weeks and grew up in Garden Oaks with her brother Tommy and sister Sue. After graduating from Waltrip High School, Kathy worked as an executive assistant for oil and gas companies and banks.

Kathy made everything in her home beautiful, both inside and out. She loved gardening and decorating, and she was an excellent cook who loved hosting friends and family for dinner. Kathy had a clever sense of humor and a quick wit. Kathy was a kind, compassionate, and caring woman who will be deeply missed by those who knew her. She attended First Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir for many years.

She is predeceased by father Wyndell Weeks, mother Margaret Weeks, Sister Suzanne Weeks, and husband Chuck Collerain.

She is survived by husband Wiley H Hill, son Joseph(Chip) Bernard Collerain III, grandson Joseph Bernard Collerain IV; brother Tommy Weeks and wife Sandra. Niece Lori Weeks and daughters Rachel Hamburger and Mia Weeks, Niece Holly Campbell and husband Mike, son Reid Campbell and wife Megan and daughter Sloane, Son Grant Campbell, step children Leah Roberts(Jody) and Eric Hill.

A visitation will be held at Pat H. Foley & Company, located at 1200 West 34th Street, Houston, TX 77018, on October 24, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The funeral service is scheduled for October 25, 2025, at 10:30 am, at the First Presbyterian Church of Houston, 5300 Main St, Houston, TX 77004.

The committal service will follow on October 25, 2025, at 12:00 pm, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023.
