Kevin Ray McCormick

Kevin Ray McCormick, 46, was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on March 8, 1968 and passed away on November 20, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly McCormick; his sons, Christopher, Steven, and Michael McCormick;

daughter, Megan McCormick and step-son, Brayhan Hoyos; father and mother, Walter C. McCormick and Maria McCormick;

brother, Kurt McCormick; sisters, Mary Arevalo and Kim Ponce.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm at the Advantage Howard Glendale Chapel
