Kiary Alyssa Espino, age 21, went home to be with our Lord on August 22, 2025. She was born on June 23, 2004, in Houston, Texas, and most recently made her home in San Marcos, Texas where she attended Texas State University.
Kiary was a bright, independent young woman whose adventurous spirit and creativity touched everyone around her. She loved the outdoors, and especially enjoyed spending time at the river, where she found peace and happiness. She had a gift for cooking and sewing, and her way with words always made her truly one of a kind. With her quick wit and warm spirit, she could make anyone laugh.
Though her time here was far too short, Kiary lived with courage and heart, embracing life fully and fearlessly. She will always be remembered for her warmth, her laughter, and the light she brought into the lives of her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with prayer and scripture reading at 11:00 a.m. In honor of Kiary’s vibrant spirit, the family kindly asks guests to wear bright colors and avoid black if possible.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
