Larrel Gene Wilson, age 89, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020. Larrel was born April 22, 1931 to Ethel Claris Wilson and Ovid Raymond Wilson.

Larrel is survived by his spouse, Norma Jean Wilson; son Roy Lee Wilson; son Gary Wayne Wilson; and daughter Jan Louise Hillyer; brother Stanley Wilson and brother Jimmy Dale Wilson; granddaughter Cassie, granddaughter Tamara, grandson Justin, grandson Dustin, grandson Gary Lee, granddaughter Jennifer, granddaughter Anna Jean, grandson Jason, granddaughter Kristin, grandson Kevin and granddaughter Chelsea.

Larrel was preceded in death by father Ovid Raymond Wilson and mother Ethel Claris Wilson; brother Lynn Ray Wilson and brother Ross Lee Wilson.

Mr. Wilson also leaves behind numerous great grandchildren.

A visitation for Larrel will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 65 Melbourne St., Houston, TX 77022. A burial will occur Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM. A committal service will occur Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338.
