

Today we come to honor and celebrate the life of Larry Goodall, a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Born on October 23, 1947, in Conroe, Texas, to Melvin and Mary Beverly, Larry entered the world with a gentle spirit and a purpose that would shine throughout his life. He began his spiritual journey at a young age, developing a deep love for the Word of God. His faith was steadfast, shaping his character and guiding the compassion, kindness, and integrity he extended to everyone he encountered.
Larry graduated from Klein High School before attending Texas Southern University. He went on to build a long and dedicated career with Fisher Scientific, serving faithfully as a supervisor for many years. After retirement, he continued to stay active by driving limousines, a role he enjoyed for the people he met and the stories he collected along the way.
Larry embraced life with enthusiasm. Whether cheering on his favorite sports teams, enjoying a casino getaway, or setting sail on a cruise, he found joy in every experience. His laughter, warmth, and steady presence created a sense of comfort for those who knew him. His life was a testament to resilience, devotion, and unwavering faith.
Larry entered eternal rest surrounded by the love of his family. He is preceded in death by his father's, Melvin Beverly and Marion Goodall; his brother, Melvin “Mickey” Beverly; and daughter, Tameesha Curvey.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Sandra Goodall; his sons, Larry (Precious) Goodall, Jr., Roderick Barnett, and Corey Goodall; his daughters, Melody Goodall, Shawn (Patrick) Austin, and Courtney Brown; his mother, Mary Goodall; his sisters, Erma Henry, Joyce Brown, Carolyn Goodall, and Gwendolyn Goodall; his brother, Marion Goodall, Jr.; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Larry’s legacy lives on in the family he loved and the countless lives he touched. H i s f a i t h , h i s j o y, a n d h i s generous heart will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know him.
