Laura June Ryan

June was born May 29, 1948. She is preceded in death by her father, Forrest Gano Robinson, mother, Della Margaret Nodden and her brother, Forrest G. “Roddy” Robinson.

She is survived by her devoted daughters: Cheryl Keyworth (Kelly), Lori Sipes (Rixie) and April Restrepo. Also, by many loving grandchildren who call her Mimi: Leah Crum (Aaron), Casey Keyworth, Sarah Keyworth, Jessica Williams (Spencer), Celeste Restrepo (Cole), Christian Restrepo, Corinne Restrepo, Allyson Sipes (Brett), Hunter Sipes (Chloe), and Emily Sipes. Recently, she became a Great Grandmother to McCann Keyworth. She is also survived by her longtime companion Kenny Keppler who loved and cared for her dearly, many cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank Celeste Restrepo and the ICU nursing staff at Methodist Hospital who treated her with love and care as if she was their own.

June has been the cornerstone for her family. A loving Mother, Mimi, Great Mimi and friend. She made everyone feel loved regardless of if you knew her for a minute or for a lifetime. Lord Jesus, we thank you for sharing your sweet angel with us.

A visitation for Laura will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079 with a funeral service at 11:00 am followed by a committal service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery at 12:00 pm.
