Lila married George W. Wade in 1957; he precedes in her in death, although they are now reunited in heaven. She is also preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Daniel Cessna and Sherman Cessna.
She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Cessna; brothers, Carol Cessna and George Cessna; sisters-in-law, Lorine Wade and Lillian Reeves; brothers and sisters-in-law, Vernon and Maggie Schultz; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00am, Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Pat H. Foley & Company Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:30am, at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, Texas, with Rev. John Cain officiating.
