We were so blessed to have Linda as our neighbor when we moved to Sherman only a few years ago. We were quickly embraced by her friendliness. Her tenacious ability to get things done “her way” never ceased to amaze us. I’m sure she’s calling the shots in Heaven.

My Aunt Linda was the best Aunt you could possibly ask for.  She was there for me in some really great times and during some tough times and always showed me love and support.  I will treasure every memory I have with my beautiful aunt.  Every time someone told me I reminded them of Aunt Linda, I took it as the best compliment anyone could give me.  I will miss her so much!!

You will be missed, when I think of you it brings back memories the good times, margarita’s and shenanigans, always a good time, love ya

Vickie 60th  Birthday.   Us girls danced the night away.  We always have so much fun With Aunt Linda.   She was one of a Kind Aunt.  She was the life of our party. 
We had a lot of the same taste in clothes.  The Blingy the better.  Our shopping days was the best we could stay in one store for hours.  We could shop until at least Betty drops.  We were planning a big dinner for everyone to meet out when Greg was due in.  It is ok we still can do a dinner.   We wanted to do a girl cruse and it didn’t happen.  Life just gets in the way and things happens and we put off plans. 

I travel still to Rockdale on my dad’s estate.   But, I could call Aunt Linda on Sunday and she could have been doing yard work, cleaning, or watching a football game and she always made time to talk and laugh and I was all good.  

I told her a few weeks ago when she gets to haven to give my mom her sister a big hug for me.  I told her to talk to my dad and give him a talking too about his estate.  Aunt Linda was cracking up with laughter.  She said you know I will.  I told her don’t go anytime soon.  

She said you know I was in heaven and I was called back.  She said she was greeted with her best friend  Pat and she saw Gerald.  She said it was fabulous.
She said I don’t know who called me back.  I said Aunt Linda I’m sorry but , after Jeff left to go get some sleep at your house Betty and I stayed the night watching over you.  Betty fell  asleep and I took out my healing cross and I placed in your hand and my hand and prayed over you until I fell asleep. I woke up and looked at you and your eyes were closed and your eyes were moving right to left.  Betty called Jeff and rushed up and said mom  and you woke up.  Oh what a Blessing it was! We all had the best smile on our faces.  What a Miracle.
Aunt Linda told me Heaven was Fantastic and that when she passes she will be happy and she wants to go peacefully in her sleep.   Well she did!   Our Lord hears our prayers.  RIP love ❤

Linda and my Dad married when I was in the 7th grade . I learned so much from her . Mainly how to love myself and others. Imagine she had 2 boys and she took on  3 more boys and 2 girls . We would sit and discuss the world’s problems for hours over coffee and rice crispy treats. Linda had a passion for life . Enjoyed people of all walks of life. Enjoyed entertaining and cooking . Always hosting guest in her home . Would put out all of her best china and made everyone feel very special. Could host an entire house full with a smile on her face and love in her heart. If you were fortunate enough to have been loved by her you truly knew love!!! You are missed !!! your love shines in us all!!!❤️

Met Linda four years ago watching a Cowboy football game and we clicked and watched many games together. I came to know her as a genuine wonderful lady and we became friends for life and shared many stories and experiences over coffee or cocktails. She was loved by many and had a smile that could light up a room. My only regret is that I didn’t know her longer than I did. Thank you for seeing me as a your friend and I will always treasure the time we had.

Faith’s baby shower. She always cherished family and friends I think would do anything for those she loved.

We meet her and Jeff at several renaissance festivals . She looked great in that pirate outfit.

Linda was always so much fun! Disco party for my sisters 60th bday. 
She was always positive and loving.

I am very sorry to hear about her passing, she always made all us boys feel like family and never turned us away .very sorry for yaws loss and my prayers go out to you all

Gone way too soon mom, we love you, miss you and you will be in our hearts forever.  You always showed us love, compassion and strength. It will be very difficult without your presence. We miss you already! Rest in peace mom, I know you’re in heaven with family. And friend's.

Linda will be greatly missed. She was wild and free spirited and her laugh came all the way from her toes.  Linda's  exuberance for life  was unmatched. She felt no fear and was always willing to give her all.  Rest in peace my friend.
