Jean worked as a cosmetologist in La Grange, Texas but also enjoyed crafting and sewing on the side.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ray White, son, Charles White and brother, James Richard King Jr.
She is survived by her son, Dewayne White and wife Kari, daughter-in-law, Stephanie White; three grandchildren, Justin White, Felicia Elkins, and Katelyn White; two great grandchildren, Ashlyn Elkins and Sophia Case.
The family will receive visitation Monday, April 18, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by a burial service at Brookside Memorial Park. The family will receive guests after the burial back at the main lobby.
