Manuela Perez Rodriguez

Manuela Perez Rodriguez, age 72, of Houston, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Manuela was born in Cuidad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico on January 10, 1953 to Roberto and Maria Isabel Perez. She was later married to her loving spouse Fidel Martinez. "Mela" worked at Hermann Park Golf Course for 30 years. She enjoyed playing gambling/slot machines on her spare time.

Manuela is preceded in death by her son Jose Rodriguez and sisters Yolanda and Maria De Jesus. She is survived by her husband Fidel Martinez, children Maria and Alejandro, nieces, Blanca, Monica and Nathalie; along with 14 grandchildren, Alejandro Jr., Nicolas, Leslie, Evan, Mariela, Brian, Alexis, Jovoni, Faith, Cesar, Jose, Kayla, Kenzie and Lucas; Siblings, Leticia, Concepcion and Juan.

A visitation for Manuela will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A chapel service will occur Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A visitation will occur Friday, August 29, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. A chapel service will occur Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11:00 am, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A committal service will occur Friday, August 29, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
