He graduated from Falfurrias High School in 1962 and entered the Army shortly after high school.
He is preceded to heaven by his father Marcus and mother Elva. He is survived by his wife Amparo Ramirez and his children Renata Roxanne Martinez of Deer Park, Texas and husband Joe Angel, Marcus David Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas and wife Margie, and Seth Allen Ramirez of Neptune Beach, Florida.
He has 8 grandchildren: Amy, Tanya Marie, Jessica, Marcus, Rudy, Stephen, Brittney and Chase; 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters Diana Salinas and Joyce Mauldin
Marcos was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. Marcos will be missed dearly, but we are so grateful for the time we had to spend with him.
