Maria Isabel was the wife of Baltazar Murillo. She leaves behind a family, including her daughter, Dulce E. Giron, and her husband Javier, her daughter Irene Mendez, her son Carlos Mendez Jr and his wife Valarie, and her granddaughter, Alejandra Isabel Giron. Maria Isabel was predeceased by her parents, Raul Gutierrez and Nicolasa Garza, and her brother, David Gutierrez.

In her personal life, Maria Isabel was dedicated to her family and enjoyed caring for her plants. Her love for her family and nature was a testament to her kind-hearted spirit.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087, on December 1, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A prayer service will take place during the visitation from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the same venue on December 2, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

The committal service will follow at Forest Park Lawndale, located at 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Maria Isabel Gutierrez will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Girón, y su esposo Javier, su hija Irene Méndez, su hijo Carlos Méndez Jr y su esposa Valarie, y su nieta, Alejandra Isabel Girón. María Isabel fue precedida en muerte por sus padres, Raúl Gutiérrez y Nicolasa Garza, y su hermano, David Gutiérrez.

En su vida personal, María Isabel se dedicaba a su familia y disfrutaba cuidar de sus plantas. Su amor por su familia y la naturaleza fue un testimonio de su espíritu bondadoso.

Se llevará a cabo una visita en Funeraria Del Ángel Crespo, ubicada en 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087, el 1 de diciembre de 2025, de 5:00 pm a 9:00 pm. Un servicio de oración se llevará a cabo durante la visita de 6:00 pm a 7:00 pm. Un servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo en el mismo lugar el 2 de diciembre de 2025, de 10:00 am a 11:00 am.
