Maria Sylvestra Ramirez

Maria Sylvestra Ramirez, age 86, of Houston, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Maria was born in Guerrero, Mexico on December 31, 1937. She was married to Benigno Ramirez in November of 1953. She was a loving mother of 7 children. Maria is preceded in death by her husband Benigno Ramirez and son Hildo Ramirez. She is survived by her children Ines Ramirez, Maria Ramirez, Juana Ramirez, Zenaida Ramirez, Petra Ramirez and Daniel Ramirez. Grandchildren, Amairani Ramirez, Alan Peralta, Carlos Peralta, Eduardo Salgado, Daniel Salgado, Diego Salgado, Karen Bustos, PhD, Maximiliano Bustos, Antonia Ramirez, Miguel Angel Ramirez and Ricardo Ramirez. Siblings, Isaías Rendon, Margarita Rendon, Zoila Rendon and Pedro Rendon.

A visitation for Maria will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A prayer service will occur Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 3:00 PM, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A visitation will occur Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A chapel service will occur Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
