He grew up in a loving family, where he completed his academics and went on to become a successful realtor. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and uncle, whose kindness and generosity touched everyone. Mario pursued a career in real estate and was known for his dedication to becoming a broker. Outside of work, he was enthusiastic about traveling, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Mario is survived by his two loving children, Nicolas and Natalie Alvarez; his caring parents, Brenda Alvarez and Mario Alvarez, and their spouses, Luis Zabala and Elizabeth Alvarez; his siblings Samantha, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Katelyn, and Ariana Alvarez; and two nieces, Madison and Grace.
We hope Mario’s memories only bring you smiles and laughter. To say he will be deeply missed would be an understatement. Fly high, our dear Tony.
A visitation for Mario will be held Sunday, November 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
Serving as pallbearers are Nicholas Alvarez, Nathaniel Alvarez, Samantha Alvarez, Mario Alvarez, Luis Zabala and Henry Escobar.
