Martha was born in Houston, Texas on May 26, 1967.
She is preceded in death by her Parents: Raul and Frances Rivera and also her brother, Jaime Rivera.
Martha is survived by her Cherished Friends: Terry Teel and Sally Ramos and Sister: Denise Pryor and her Husband (Mark Pryor), and Nieces: Rudi Pryor and Riley Anna Hicks.
Martha Graduated from G.C. Scarborough High school and received her B.A. from University of Houston.
Martha had a career in the Federal Reserve and H.I.S.D. as a Teacher.
Her passion was teaching and the students she came to love as family.
She also loved playing and watching Tennis, good T.V. and bad T.V. Dramas and Movies and of course Good Food and Big Laughs.
A visitation for Martha will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003, followed by a Eulogy at 5:00 PM.
