Mary Ann Gorham

Mary Ann Gorham, 78, was embraced by God's loving arms on June 11, 2025 and died peacefully surrounded by her beloved family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Tyrone; her parents, David and Justine Harris; her brothers, David and Steve Harris; and brothers-in-law, John Fisher and Tom Johnston. She is survived by her son, Steven and wife Jennifer; daughter Laura; grandchildren Jackson, Wyatt and Colton Gorham, and Frankie Monsalve; sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances Fisher, Joan Johnston, Marty Foster and husband Tim, Therese Kotara and husband Ken, sister-in-law Locinda Harris; and numerous treasured nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, neighbor and friend. Her kindness, warmth, generosity and joyous spirit was felt and loved by many. Mary Ann's love and devotion for her children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren was endless as they were her pride and joy, and yet, with a heart so caring she was everyone's "momma". A presence so large and beautiful, she leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts, but we thank God for the many cherished memories to carry us through. We will remember the sound of her glorious laughter, her incredible sense of humor, her selflessness, her loving embraces, and beautiful warm smile. Her kind soul and endearing personality brought so much joy and happiness to those around her. Though dearly missed, we take comfort knowing she is reunited with her beloved husband Ty in heaven. We were incredibly blessed to have her in our lives and will carry the love for our "LuLu" in our hearts forever.

Funeral service followed by interment will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas.
