Devoted and loving wife and mother cast off her earthly bonds on Jan 4th, 2018 at 12:40p. A ubiquitous smile and an overflowing heart endeared her to many. She gave of herself to anyone who was in need. From schoolmates to neighbors to family and friends, she was the first to turn to. In her extended family, she played to role of communicator and organizer. She's was deeply involved in the lives of her children as well, attending sports, concerts, and school functions without fail and without ever uttering a complaint. We celebrate the life of this wonderful and strong woman who touched everyone so deeply.
Mary is survived by her husband, Charles P. "Sonny" Stokes, her sons Paul N. Stokes, Eric P. Stokes, their wives, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
