Very blessed to have had the chance to know Francis she gave everyone around her hope while here. She was always full of laughs and when we think of her we can honestly say her smile will be missed. Til we meet again Francis rest in peace.

Frances was like a mother to me.  She was very comical and made work enjoyable.  She will be greatly missed.  Praying for Larry, Bernie, Papi, Mo, Mike, and the grandbabies.

When I met Frances, she was always nice to me and very humorous. I am sad about her passing. She was a wonderful lady. I know it's not easy but keep praying and treasure the memories.

Frances, you were one of a kind. Thanks for being a really good friend. I'm going to miss all the good times we had in Voters. You will definitely not be forgotten. Anytime I hear Zydeco music, it will remind me of you. Rest in Peace.

My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Frances.  I worked with Frances for 7 years in Voters Registration in Houston (1990-1997).  She was a damn fine lady and she will be missed.
